It was 30 years ago today that Tim Berners-Lee presented his first proposal for sharing information on the Internet where the idea of the WWW<\/strong><\/em> meaning \"World Wide Web<\/strong><\/em>\"A protocol that makes use of the Internet for the transmission of data, in this case, web pages.<\/p>\n

History of the World Wide Web<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tim Berners-Lee is considered the father of the web as he developed the HTTP, HTML and URL protocols. The need to exchange information led him to invent one after another.

\nOn March 12, 1989, engineer Tim Berners-Lee presented the proposal for what he called the World Wide Web, a system for sharing information between computers. He had been working for CERN, the European organization for nuclear research, for some time. Although he was a physicist, he wanted to work in telecommunications and computer science, at which point he began to work more on the Web.
\nTim Berners said that \"the Internet is computers connected together, wires and physical media, whereas the web is much more abstract, where the connections are hyperlinked links.\" What we know today as the web of information.

The WWW or World Wide Web<\/h3>\n

The expression WWW or also called World Wide Web is known as the spider's web in the digital world, it is the system that links an indefinite amount of files or electronic resources that are distributed on the Internet.
\nThe different files are stored on different computers that operate as web servers. When we mention WWW or World Wide Web we often refer to it as the web. To access the web requires a connection to the Internet and the use of a web browser, the browser is the software tool through which we can interact with the www.
\nBy indicating the identification or location of the resource from a computer connected to the Internet or by clicking on an associated link, we are actually using the computer as a client to make a request to the server that stores the resource, to which the server responds in such a way that we can view the requested page.<\/p>\n

The Internet<\/h3>\n

Its beginnings were in 1969, where ARPANET was one of its main origins. Vinton Cerf together with Robert Kahn. one of the authors of the TCP protocol, this protocol being the most fundamental protocol that controls the transmission of data on the Internet. It was created between 1973 and 1974
\nThe Internet are computers connected to each other, which share a protocol or connection standards. Thanks to this, information such as e-mails is shared and transferred.<\/p>\n

Differences between the Internet and the World Wide Web<\/h3>\n

The Internet is a centralized set of interconnected communication networks. The Internet allows networks of different types

\nThe system allows a user to connect through any communication network. It allows a user to connect through any communication network.
\nWhat is important on the Internet is not the physical connection, what really matters is that the network allows communication via TCP\/IP Transmission Control Protocol \/ Internet Protocol.
\nThe Internet can be understood as a network of reels through which data is transmitted, data that is transmitted using different protocols.
\nThe World Wide Web or the Web is yet another system with its HTTP protocol that makes use of the Internet for the transmission of hypertext and hypermedia data, in this case being web pages.
\nIt is worth remembering that Vinton Cerf is the father of the Internet and Tim Berners-Lee is the father of the World Wide Web. Many people confuse the invention of these two great characters on a daily basis, which is why in one of their presentations they wore T-shirts indicating what each of them did.<\/p>\n

What is Hypertext and Hypermedia?<\/h4>\n

Hypertext is a structured set of texts linked together by links to other texts.
\nHypermedia is composed of various media such as graphics, images and sounds connected to each other by logical links and connections for the transmission of information.<\/p>\n
