Recommended settings to avoid being SPAM
One of the requirements to avoid being classified as SPAM are a couple of configurations or records that help you to improve the performance of your email. These configurations must be provided by your email provider or must already be configured with the service from the beginning. The configurations or records that your email or Email Marketing service must have, from the beginning, the SPF, DKIM and Sender ID records must be configured.SPF Registration
The SPF record or Sender Policy Framework is an authentication method to verify that mails are fraudulent or forged, it also defines which servers are authorized to send mail to our address and thus avoid SPAM or Phishing.DKIM Registration
The DKIM record is another method of authentication for emails, its acronym is defined as Domain Keys Identified Mail and its function is to add a digital signature to outgoing mails, which means that the receiver receives your mail and can identify if it has been received from an existing domain that is validated by the owner.Sender ID
In some places you may see that they are similar to the SPF record but it is not so, they are not similar because the Sender ID identifies the email address or as it is commonly known "the header" that is to say what identifies it on the Internet.DMARC Registration
This record has a relationship with the SPF and DKIM records, it helps you to validate the existence of the domain or mail and the IP of the server you receive, this way you avoid having Spoofing or other types of threat.Recommendations SPAM Words
